This clay – based mask is like a weekly deep cleansing mask or emergency treatment for sluggish and stressed out skin.Cooling camphor decongests, whilst almond extract reduces redness. Kaolin absorbs excess oil, reduces puffiness and ground almonds gently exfoliate for a smoother complexion.
The Ritual: Shake the tube well. Apply a medium to thick layer to cleansed, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
Leave to set for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Relax while the aroma of camphor invigorates and refreshes.
Remove by gently buffing off the dry mask with fingers, using small upward circular motions, then rinse off with tepid water. Alternatively, soften the mask using a damp muslin cloth before rinsing off.
You can also use the Rescue Mask as an instant pick-me-up for puffy, morning-after or jet-lagged eyes: just dilute with a little water, apply under the eye, leave for five minutes and gently remove with a damp cotton pad.
